I've ordered a bunch of flowers for my family party on thanksgiving. It was a giant package delivered near 4 o'clock. Matthew , a courier asked us for assistance, and we helped him out with bringing it to a door.
And as it wasnt' an option, we loved him to drink a tea with us. He left with much gratitudes, so as grateful for our help. Everybody thanks us.

Its black on white - there is charging for delivery, which they cant refund
