Information is imbalanced. I had free return and resend of my order. I cant get you pics what were before and then. It was an order for my cousin. First bouquet she get was an dissapointment. No minute last I took a photo and sent it to an operator. She said it's not normal and they can get my order back with refund excluding delivery charges. Or I can use an option to resend which I did. Courier came, get flowers back and next day cousin got a baby fresh flowers.
Is that not free?
